PROBLEMS THEY HAD:

The client launched a brand new product with no website, flows or campaigns. They wanted to grow from their current position of being an Amazon retailer but they had no website, flows or campaigns. This need comprised of various elements.

Branded Website Design: As the client’s digital presence was on Amazon & Instagram, whilst they had some amazing imagery of their products on social media, as is the way with Amazon stores their digital branding wasn’t great (Amazon gives limited ability to do this). So the client needed a website that showed off their stunning product photography, matched their brand, and had a premium feel (for their premium, raw honey products).

B2B Website Build: Once the design was done, dusted and approved, the B2B store needed building. The client was unsure which B2B platform would be best for their needs… Shopify? Big Commerce? Magento? Woocommerce? Sarah & Marek needed guiding through the options and the pros & cons of each, so they could decide what worked best for them.

Brand Awareness: Also an issue, was the need to raise brand awareness. As an Amazon retailer, Honey Tradition was keen to expand their brand to get their product known within the food & drink sector, reducing their reliance on Amazon for ‘brand discovery’.

WHAT WE DID TO FIX IT:

Honey Tradition wanted to grow from their current position of being an Amazon retailer.

Woocommerce Website Design & Creation

After discussing options with Sarah & Marek, the client opted for Woocommerce. As we have excellent WordPress developers able to create both WP Themes & Plugins from scratch, we avoided ‘visual’ website builders, coding from scratch. This gives a better result.

So, once the design for the website was done, dusted & sign-off, our staff got to work coding a WordPress / Woocommerce website.

Branding & PR

Once the website was live, Honey Tradition needed to get the word out and we were only too happy to oblige! We ran a PR campaign to raise awareness in several sector’s that the client wanted to reach into…
